Mentors

Mentors July – December 2020

IEEE Fellows and Senior Members with considerable experience in industry have been available to provide advice to those seeking guidance.

Mentors have made time for one-to-one conversations and provided guidance by email, phone and video conferencing.

To ensure both the mentor and mentee gained satisfaction from the association, it was important to understand the limitations and boundaries of receiving and giving mentoring.
