• Officers Reporting: right after election results announcement
• SB Annual Plan Reporting: August 1st – February 1st
• Events Reporting:
  • Before event: Register it on system
  • After event: Submit attendance report
  • Requirement: At least 4 events per year

 

Student Awards

• IEEE Students Awards: February 1st – March 31st
• Region 8 Awards: by June 30th

 

Region 8 Contests

• Student Paper Contest: by December 1st 15th
